In the summer of 2010 I will be backpacking from the west coast in South America to the east coast in South America on my trigger journey!

In the summer of 2009 I made a trip from San Diego (the farthest south point on the west coast) to Deadhorse, Alaska (the farthest North Point in America by road) to raise awareness for PTSD. PTSD stands for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Basically it’s where a person has witnessed or been a part of a traumatic experience and it changes their life. They could have nightmares or flashbacks or anything of that nature. I am trying to break the negative stigma that comes with PTSD!! Here on my web page you can follow me on my blog.
